  • Do not ever shop here beware!!!!!!!! I went to the Brooks Brothers at Caesar's Palace forum shops and was very disappointed in the staff at this location by comparison with Every other brooks brothers I've ever gone to in my life. I have spent well over $100,000 this year shopping with Brooks Brothers. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life trying returning any item which I had a receipt for that I bought only two weeks prior to this day with cash, they did not want to return the item at all, and because I was saying I have the receipt please return the still tagged unused item and give me my money, they were telling me I had to leave the store immediately before they called security on me. This Is the worst experience I've ever had in the history of my life returning an item that I gave them a receipt to and that was only $70. Shame on the company for having this pathetic staff no customer service whatsoever. I am thinking of never buying and products from this company ever again and letting all my friends & Family know what a messed up company brooks brothers has become!!!!
