  • 3/25/2017.....was not in the market for a new car at all! I had a 2010 Kia Soul. I was dropping by to say hello to my mother who was there for my partner to car shop. Low and behold, I was at the wrong dealership originally. I was at the used dealership and not the new. When I realized I was not at the right place, I went to get in my car and it would not start.....what?!? Not one problem in 7.5 yrs with that car till the day I parked in the car lot. Long story short, went over to the new car dealership (after a jump start), I had it in my head at this point it was time....time to part with a car I loved! Paid it off 2 yrs prior. I dealt with Jay V and bought a 2017 Soul! It was a long process (but expected) but enjoyable! He was professional, VERY knowledgeable, helpful, the list goes on! I will say that though I felt my old car was in great shape (first and only owner) no accidents, within 10 yr, 100,000 miles warranty I only was given 3 grand. But....I got a new car. And a far nicer one! Thanks for the service!
