I had purchased a Teambuy voucher and called many times as well as filled out their online form to make an appointment but after over a week of endlessly trying I still couldn't get an appointment. Not because there were no available times but because of the poor customer service. Having spoken to an actual person on the phone twice, one would think that I would have an appointment already made but the first time that I called, the receptionist/owner said she wasn't close by to the computer so she couldn't check the availabilities and that she would call me back and yet she didn't. After days of not hearing back from her, I filled out the online form which someone did reply back promptly to only ask me whether I had a package in mind without confirming the appointment. I had responded that I had prepurchased a Teambuy voucher and tried to confirm an appointment time again, but it seems as though their response to that email was lost in the wind as well. Then finally after giving them the benefit of the doubt, I tried calling again and this time was abruptly told by the owner that she was doing training and couldn't speak to me right now and would call me back. It has been 2 business days and I have yet to hear back from her...
I'm not sure if this is due to lack of organization at their salon, their ambivalence towards customers that have prepurchased discounted deals or their utter lack of customer appreciation. Either way, I did not appreciate how I was treated and how my time was obviously considered not as important as theirs. At this time I'm going to be getting a refund from Teambuy and would not ever do business with this company again.
