  • Ordered the kitchen and several pieces were not available. We went today to pick them up and they still are not in stock. The problem was the team lead in the kitchen department, Glen Walden. He was very condescending and he told us that we didn't have to buy the kitchen in the first place. We've purchased multiple ikea kitchens for other properties in the past and will probably not buy another one in the future. I would've given ikea one star for today if it wasn't for Ethel Warwick. She really was a bright spot and took the time to smooth over the situation and help us with our issue.
