I HAVE CALLED 8 TIMES!
They missed my trash last Friday and cant seem to get a missed trash pickup to me.
My pick up days are Tuesday and Friday mornings. I called twice on Friday stating that they didn't pick up and was told i would be put on a "priority" or "urgent" list and that drivers in my area would be notified. Well the weekend came and went and lo and behold my trash was still full. I called again. I was told they weren't able to get a pickup to me today but they could on Wednesday since Tuesday was a normal pickup day...finally my trash nightmare would be over. I filled the trash up after they left on Tuesday with the extra trash bags that was taking up my working area. Well, Wednesday morning rolled around and it was still full. I called to be sure they were still picking up that day and i was ensured "Oh yes drivers can sometimes take a little longer on extra pickup". Well later that night still full. Thursday rolled around i called again stating my problem again. I had a yelp comment commented on by republic services customer service tell me "We took photo evidence that there was a pickup on Tuesday" well congrats on doing your job. They've stopped replying. I called again at the end of my day on Thursday and basically i was told i can pay for a pickup or change my pickup days since missed requests are pushed off to the next business day. I swear to god i hate this company. I should not have to call this many times to be told to pay for their incompetence or change our schedule for them.
The customer reps are nice and concerned they tell me i have been put on urgent and that they've notified drivers every time. I understand this isnt their fault but damn am I pissed at republic.
