  • Was told on the phone yesterday that if I made an appointment for my oil change I would get right in. Showed up for appointment and was told it would be at least an hour. Guy was annoyed the entire time he was taking my information. So I left and had to go to Jacksons (not a fan) but needed this done today. I have been going to pep boys for a while but since Mike left this place sucks. Lost a customer for life. See ya
