Ho hum. I'm bored. I'm afraid the phrase "gastro pub" is a bit misleading. Nice selection of draft beers. Interesting reading menu. Doesn't taste nearly as good as it sounds. We tried the grilled avocado with quinoa salad and the special soup - a curried crab bisque. Either the head chef isn't properly training the line cooks to execute the recipes, or else they're afraid to offend delicate palettes with very flavorful food.
Altogether a disappointing experience. It wasn't bad, but it could have been so much better. I'll spend my money on better chef's efforts in future.
