For my money, sitting at the chef's table in front of Razz is as good as it gets. I am lucky and get to eat at many tasting restaurants and 5 star restaurants with business colleagues. When I bring cents and family to Razz's, all expectations are beat!
The star of the show is Razz. As he drinks his 25 year aged scotch and prepares your course, he takes time to talk to you and discuss food, culture, etc. Every course is a small, about 4-5 bites, but just enough. The star of every course is his sauces.
The atmosphere is great, good artwork, great service, but food and chef experience are best in town for my money.
