  • Just bought an awesome x max hybrid from this dealership and the entire experience was great! The salesman, Doug, wasn't pushy at all and worked very hard at finding the vehicle I wanted. The finance manager made the dull and boring paperwork process fast and enjoyable. The closest place that had the vehicle I wanted was in Toledo and they had it driven down on less than 24hrs! I think they would've had it that evening if I didn't have to go to work! Other employees in the dealership who own the car I just bought came over to answer questions I had about it and gave me their honest opinions. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love Ford but now I have a favorite Ford dealership! Thank you guys!
