I am so confused by the positive reviews. I ordered takeout at 2am... Spaghetti meat sauce... A very difficult dish to mess up... Not exaggerating when opened the lid it literally smelled like DOG FOOD. Like a literal can of dog food. That smell. WTF????? The texture of the meat was grainy (how??? I don't understand; it was bizarre). I took a bite and called them back. There was very little sauce so I at first asked for more sauce, thinking maybe that would help. NO. There was something wrong with the meat. Mind you this is a $22.50 spaghetti meatsauce that smelled like dogfood. I don't even know how someone in their right mind could serve that to a customer... And charge $22.50... What????? The server and the manager dealt with the situation professionally and promptly so this review is not for them. They gave me a spaghetti meatball instead and gave me a canolli on the house. The canolli was great, but the dish they gave me was also sub par (waay too salt and i'm a salt addict)... not what you expect for $22.50 LOL!!! This review is for the cook: you need to re learn proper food handling/ safety because the 2 bites of your dogfood spagetti meatsauce MADE ME SICK. I will spare you the details. I cannot even wrap my mind around the ridiculous $22.50 price. How long was that sitting there???? Was that an old dish that was sitting there that you tried to get rid of? How old was the sauce and was it kept at the proper temp? There's no way. Would you serve that to your friends or family???? Would you pay $22.50 for that dish???? How would you feel if you were sick from eating it? Would you be pissed enough to write a one star Yelp review? Seriously, relearn proper food handling/ safety skills. If the health department came in there and saw you serving that, you would be shut down.
