  • PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I just read the other 1-star reviews and had a very similar experience to them. I came to have a dress taken in a few weeks ago. The dress was still way too big when I came to pick it up on a Monday afternoon. The owner told me that it would be no problem to take it in and that he would have it done by Tuesday AM. I was not able to return until Friday PM due to my work schedule and the owner gave me a thousand and one reasons (all of which did not make sense to me) as to why my dress was not ready. He started getting agitated that I was questioning him about why the dress was not ready 4 days after he said it would be. After I asked him for an honest answer as to why the dress was not ready, he finally admitted that they have been "very busy," they had not gotten around to it yet, and to come back tomorrow AM. When I asked him for some sort of discount for the inconvenience, he got extremely angry and was laughing and throwing his hands up in the air and repeating himself saying that he would just take off the entire charge if that would make me happy. "Is that what would make you happy?! No problem, no problem! You will get all your money back! As long as you're happy!" I had my hand over my heart at this point, because my heart was POUNDING due to how passive aggressive he had gotten. Even his wife was trying to calm him down, but he would not listen. I left and I was shaking in the car. I am a medical professional, and I have NEVER been spoken to like this at work nor in my every day life. I felt attacked and was made to feel completely uncomfortable for something that HE should have apologized for and owned up to since it was HIS mistake. After what happened Friday night, I knew I had to take someone with me the next day to pick up the dress, because I literally did not feel comfortable going there by myself after the way that the owner treated me. Oh, and I had to pay the full price (did not want to bring up the whole discount thing after what had ensued prior)! Apparently he has never heard of quality service or that the "client is always right." I never want anyone to be spoken to/treated the way that I was so please do yourself a favor and seek another dry cleaner!
