rev:text	I was referred here from a neighbor after my DO, Dr Heine had been diagnosed with cancer & closed his practice. Well the waiting room was soooo Gil people were standing waiting for their appt. this was a sign however I did wait about 30 min past my appt time. Not horrible but still not good. Of course I was then put into a room where I waited another 30 min. Now I am not a happy camper~ Dr finally came in apologizing.... She gave me the once over.... Never checking my scalp! I thought that odd didn't comment then pointed out a spot on my nose that I had pointed out, to 2 other dermatologists who were not alarmed. Her comment it MUST come off......well it was extremely PAINFUL! & I am not a woos re pain! (I've had cancer surgery, breast removal + reconstruction WITHOUT pain meds) to make this shorter it turned out to be nothing, which is what I had been told by the other Drs I had seen previously. It became very clear Dr. Bettencourt is in it for the $$$$. I believe this due to her waiting room being filled to the SRO & my treatment. Her office staff was OK, the bookkeeper was not my cup of tea. In my opinion outspoken bordering on rude. I also was irrated has I was made to pay BEFORE they billed my insurance ~ WHICH NONE OF ANY OF MEDICAL PROVIDERS HAVE DONE IN THE PAST!!! I did make another appt, knowing full well I would NEVER walk into this office again, and YES! I did cancel that appt~ Very disappointed have DEFINITELY FOUND ANOTHER DO TO SEE!!!
