I'll try to make a long story short. . We came by here because they had a specific car my son wanted to see. They also have the same exact year make model and mileage across the street just in a different color. We stopped in on Saturday to test drive it not expecting to go through the whole haggle process. My son drove the car he liked it of course they invite us inside to go through the haggling. I wasn't comfortable making a deal on a Saturday when the banks are closed so we decided to get her own loan and come back on Monday. My son spent all Monday getting the loan and coming in with a check for the car only to find out that the sales representative that was helping a Saturday decided to go home early. We had to deal with Nathan, who was extremely rude through the whole process. To be fair I did say up front that I can be a tough customer and that we were there for a specific car with check in hand ready to purchase the vehicle if he could come down a few hundred bucks. Nathan said he would not come down at all and why would he do that... he said the car was already at a low rate and he wasn't coming down anymore. So I asked him what he was going to do for my son because we were here to make a deal. I asked him if he would at least tint the windows for him. He said why would I do that you can Finance it through us it's $399. Come with me. Long story short my son got there about 5 minutes after me, had the check ready and I had to explain to him that Nathan wasn't going to come down on the price at all. I can see my son was upset and as a mother you just feel really bad. He was expecting to purchase a car and was so excited to get it! Nathan told my son quote your mom said you can going to go across the street and buy the other one so either go across the street and buy theirs or come back in a month when you have the $600. My son asked him what am I supposed to do I already have the loan and the check is written out to your company. Nathan told him the check can be Rewritten in the other company's name. We stepped outside and I talk to my son and offered to give him the $600. He said he did not want to give his money to them because they were so rude. The bottom line was we went across the street and bought the same car different color from another dealership. The next day I was still upset about the way he talked to my son so I went in and talk to the GM. He wasn't any nicer and I definitely do not recommend Liberty Buick ever!
