I've been coming here for two weeks now and I really like it. I wasn't sure I would, since my starting point is middle-aged lady in crap shape. But they are great at letting beginners progress. All I have to do is go in and give it whatever my all is for 30 minutes (and I've already noticed my all getting better). Every time I get some tips about how to do it a little better or modify the exercise so I work what I'm supposed to be working. And the instructors make it fun with little mini rounds of sparring. Haven't hurt myself, haven't felt overwhelmed, just encouraged. Highly recommended!
