  • Not a good experience! I spent more than $4,100 dollars in shop fees and car rentals to have my 2001 Audi TT repainted. Worst customer service I have experienced with any kind of car shop. I am not "that person" who rants and raves but want to give fair warning to anyone using this shop. I waited on this review until the straw that broke the cmel's back. Took my well-cared for 2001 Audi TT in for a repaint. Was promised a glass-like finish for a two tone paint job (pearl green with black top and black accents) and was so disappointed in the results. First off: did not paint the car correctly ( top was not painted right). Second: when the car was painted to my wishes, it had runs, they painted a brand new grill (not part of the request), there was junt stuck in the paint, orange peel-look to some areas, bad buffing spots, clear over-spray on my custom wheels and they had cracked the spoiler extender that I supplied as part of the job. Also put the incorrect bulbs in the new tail lights I purchased.. Third and most egregious: when I went to pick up my car for the second time, there was wet sand mess all over the car on the outside and even on the interior and seats - I keep this car in pristine condition. Fourth: had to return the car and get a rental for the third time so the broken spoiler extender could be repaired and attached to the car. I just went back today to have the spoiler extender put back on the car (it had come lose and almost off the car) and left if for 5 hours. When I went back to pick it up, the spoiler extender was not on the car but on the waiting seats in the reception area. I spent about 10 hours of my time - work and personal time running back and fourth to get my car done the way I was promised. Time that cost me. I now have to go to another body shop and pay extra to have the spoiler extender reattached to my car. I know that others have had good experiences with this shop but that was not my case. If you figure the money I spent and my time, this terrible experience cost me more than 5 grand and I did to get what I was promised.
