if there was a negative rating available they would get it. i have had nothing but bad experiences with them since moving into my unready rental. the day of move in they had not even started all the repairs that were needed and had been promised three weeks prior to move in date to have done. they started them the day i was meant to move into the home.
they should call themselves property mis-management. they are rude, unprofessional even up to Steven who is the owner or general manager. the employees are disrespectful and uneducated about the very jobs they are doing. they do not return calls, they do not handle any issue timely, they even sent me an email - so i have it in writing - that the owner of my home is an a-hole! and he is the reason nothing gets done quickly!?!?
they have poor maintenance, having to send three different people out for the same issue, on each occasion - no respect for your time or living condition - no A/C - Flooding when using the washer - roof leaking to the point it was raining in the house - all treated with an oh well attitude and days to remedy. i have never written a review but my next stop is google and then the BBB. if i could find the owner I would contact them directly and make sure they are aware of what they are paying for because i would not have these people manage a lemonade stand let alone my investment. renters beware - owners beware - these guys are lucky to still be in business with they way they do things. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FILTERED REVIEWS ALSO - YOU NEED TO SEE WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING!
