If I could give no stars I would. Where do I begin...
1. Customer service is horrible I could not tell you how many times we called to make an appointment and it was never even scheduled even though they said it was, or they set one without your knowledge plus they can't keep notes for nothing.
2. They lie to you and say you can't install yourself when you actually can and charge you two $75.00 install fees for no reason.
3. Was always promised a credit toward my account for the poor service and having no service for 7 days because they wouldn't come out when scheduled. Never even revived those.
4. The main problem is, is that they stole 310.00 from my account without my permission saying "well if you didn't uncheck the box you have automatic payments" even though we never received an email and have proof that there was no electronically signed agreements for auto draft.
5. They refuse to refund our money and just said they would apply at $20 credit to my account. Ummm no that's nothing compared to the 310 you just stole from me.
Don't ever get cox cable your better off standing outside wth bunny ears than to deal with there nonsense of a company.
