If zero was possible----...... Second time I've ordered something for in store pick up in 1 year & it gets screwed up (ps: this is only the second time I've used it so for those counting, that's 100% of the time). I specifically ordered from this store as both items were immediately available in store. SURPRISE: they charge you for both items but your order notification tells you only 1 is available. Soooo the store doesn't help. You need to call the (800) number.... Well wouldn't you know it, English is their second language (while my money was their first) and they can't "disclose" their location. Long story short: I can pick up my one item that's available but I'll still have the total for 2 items ($99.34) pending on my card for 7-10 days and could potentially be charged additionally for the 1 item I pick up. Save yourself a headache & if you have to buy something from this place for a registry, go into the store. DO NOT ORDER IN STORE PICK UP
