  • Ematei is very close to my workplace. I don't visit this place as often as I should, but whenever I do I am never disappointed. Lunch here is always packed, so arrive early! There is always a special going on either a sushi combo, udon noodle or a bento box. Their chicken katsu curry portion is huge and very tasty. It will set you back $12.50 but it is definitely worth it! I love the decor! Simple yet elegant and the staff are efficient and super friendly! Do yourself a favour by going to this Japanese own and operated Izakaya and taste the different.
