very disappointed that their stock is so low, staff is mediocre in the customer service department. my last purchase was a phone order which they had prepared for me. it failed to include their blackjack chip which i only realized once i got home. i called in today to place an order based on a promo text they sent out, i ended up picking it up later than i said i would. i can understand the need to sell the product, a courtesy call would have been nice but by no means is it expected. what really has me upset is that the lady in the front had the nerve to tell me that i was told there was a time limit, which i wasn't if there was a way to pull the phone call i would bet my life savings on it. after being so damn rude still had the audacity to ask if i wanted to buy something else. HINT HINT I WOULD HAVE IF YOU KNEW HOW TO BE NICER. they need to learn what their brand/rep is, and then teach their staff how to maintain it.
