All this place cares about is your money. I plan to cancel my new membership soon.
I came in here with a 7 day trial, and as soon as I showed them my trial, someone came to me and started talking about when I would like to start my membership and what plan I would like.
If you have a free trial pass, forget it. They will try to rope you in to paying for their premium plan instantly. I'm usually easily persuaded therefore I got my own membership, only day 1 into my free trial. After I got my membership, I got a call from e?s with them asking me if I would like to come in to have my BMI looked at and get some advice on how to reach my goals at the gym. I went in thinking it would be a quick chat and I could get my own workout in. I was wrong. The guy ended up doing his own little "trial" training session with me and completely overworked me even after I told him I was new to working out and just got over an illness. He jumped right into it with me and I pulled a handful of muscles and couldn't walk for days.
After the mini training session he sat me down and asked me when I would be back for training and basically told me "here, sign these. We're getting you a trainer." I was so caught off guard and basically felt like all they see me as is a dollar sign. I was caught in the moment so I signed, being the nice person I am I didn't want to offend him. I went back in later that day full of regret and asked to cancel my trainer plan. All he said was "okay". I asked for him to email me or something once it was cancelled so I had it for my records and he said "that won't be necessary". He wouldn't give me my card or anything but told me I would be refunded in a day or two. It's been almost a week and I have yet to be refunded. I called eos to sort this out and all the lady had to say was "he's not here right now sorry."
LVAC is about to get a new member here soon.
If you want to come to EOS, save your money. That's all they care about anyways.
