  • This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had in any store in Cleveland Ohio. I went in for a custom spray tan, which was completely overpriced to begin with. They also require a credit card to hold the reservation. Again, a first. I then came in and had a spray tan which they didn't cover my hair or spray my hands or feet so that my nail beds wouldn't turn discolored. I didn't think much of it other than ok, this is a little odd....but kept my mouth shut and let the owner KELLY do her thing. Then I came home and went to bed and it ruined by sheets, comforter and clothes. Literally, the dye was everywhere. I said to myself, ok, this will come off in the wash. NOPE. My sheets are ruined and $50 later for a dry cleaning my comforter it also didn't come out. Also, after showering, the second set of clothes I wore were stained. Again, a pair of jeans ruined from this experience. I decided to call the owner KELLY to tell her what happened. Instead of being at all apologetic she was defensive. I said that I understand you have never had this happen before but in actuality one of my friends said that it happened to her as well at her store. All I wanted was my money back and she refused. Wow. An unhappy customer and she refused to refund my money. In fact, she didn't even offer me a store credit! She then processed to call me crazy. No joke. This is what she called a paying customer. I would suggest never going to this store. Terrible spray tan but worst off all TERRIBLE customer service. I have never in my life have had anyone talk to me this way in customer service. I am literally in shock and thoroughly disgusted with the owner and store This place should be out of business.
