  • I'm giving them 5 stars because they DIDN'T come. I described the problem with my washing machine and they said it was the motor, would cost about $350 to repair, and I should get a new one instead. They didn't want to charge me for a visit. Then, because I liked their integrity, I asked if they would install a new one. Again, rather than make a few bucks, they said the store where I purchased it would install it. I will absolutely call them when I do need an appliance repaired.
