  • I had an appointment that had to be rescheduled because of rain. BB mIssed the appointment. No one from BB called or showed for the rescheduled appointment that was Saturday. On Monday I called to rescheduled a second time. Operator informed me that tech did try to call. Went back and checked voicemail on home and cell and found no messages. I've been using BB for years, and have had some great service but in the recent past it had been not so good.
