  • Recently, One of my sentimental pieces of jewelry came apart at the clasp/hinge. Extremely distraught, I immediately began looking for a Jewelry repair store in my area. After reviewing many potential shops in town. W R Williams Fine Jewelry stood out as the best. With great reviews and high praises, I knew this was the place I wanted to have handled my precious treasure. The location was incredibly easy to find and access. I was immediately greeted with a smile. The staff was very friendly and inviting. I had a brief consultation with the associate regarding my issue. I was initially told it would be about a week, so you can imagine how pleased I was when my bracelet was ready for pick up the following day. Not only did I receive speedy service, but they took the time to polish my piece. I am a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend visiting W R Williams. They are a Jewel in the Arcadia Area.
