  • I generally love the waxers here but the front desk staff is horrible. I just got put on the walk-in only list, meaning I can't make appointments because I have no-call no-showed. I would never normally do this but I am used to getting courtesy calls from all the other locations I use, and this one never has. Nor did they even mention that I had no-showed EVER. They always just tell me I have no appointment. Every time I come in they could care less about the clients and more about their conversations, and they never seem to know what they're doing. I have changed my phone number to my current one three times at this location and they blamed that on the lack of courtesy calls. The other locations have my current number so this makes no sense to me. I stayed for the great waxers but I will finally have to look elsewhere because of the horrible front desk staff.
