rev:text	Great rate , service desk was friendly until they tried to slip a $180.00 extra insurance on my rental. Almost lost me, Car was fine clean ect. Returned the car no issues . Three week later I am still waiting on deposit to be returned to my account. Terrible customer service when you call directs you to the rental desk no national support systems. Voice mail for contact has been full and she is never at her desk. Lost repeat business and referral.
