  • Before you use your replacement insurance or heaven forbid buy a new pair use Glen! With in 5 min I called Nationwide and Glen and it's VERY apparent who's the negged out employee and who is the happy go lucky helpful business owner! Glen has fixed our teenage girls glasses for us before when we thought they were beyond repair but needed to get by for a week until the replacements came...we didn't even need them. This time I called nationwide thinking they would be under warranty since it was glue that caused the hinge to slip out of the arm, but no. And he laughed when I asked if they had a responsibility or a way to fix it. Not like hehe. Like HA! Mean. Whatever. Go to Glen. He will take care of you and kiss it nationwide. You can keep your replacements.
