  • When I was assigned Ideal Services by my home warranty company I went to yelp and checked out the reviews and was very concerned due to the unfavorable reviews. However when I called them, I was assigned a time slot within 2 days and told my technician would be George and he would call on his way to the house. Within my timeframe, on the day of service, George did call and indicate he was 15 minutes away. He arrived as indicated, came in and saw the issue with my garbage disposal and within 15 minutes had it replaced and back to working. George was professional and addressed all my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with the service and final outcome.
