I have to agree with Ken's assessment: ever since Dr. Kareus left, the place has gone to hell. I've been seeing Kareus for about 3-4 years. I"m super pissed that the practice does not want to tell the patients whether or not he's coming back, so I'm going to be finding a new provider.
Anyway, the nurses are always nice, but the people in the front are rude and wouldn't know how to be nice if they were Miss Congeniality winners. I called to have a prescription refilled only to find out from the pharmacy that the doc's office said they need to see me before they'll refill. I'm okay with them wanting to see me, what I'm not okay with is that I only found this out because I followed up with the pharmacy about where the script was. Pueblo took absolutely no responsibility or action to contact me THEMSELVES to say "we would like to see you". I called and left a message on the triage line stating that I did not appreciate having to be informed by the pharmacy. Then I had to call back 72 hours later because there still was no return call, Kayla (rude beyond rude) didn't care that I had not received a return call. She just reiterated in a bored tone (as though I was interrupting her gum- popping, office gossiping time) that I had to come in.
Honestly, over it. It's amazing how these people keep their jobs.
