  • I'm always very impressed with the caliber of the CLO summer performance series. I've seen a dozen of their shows over the years, and they've all been up to a high standard. The cast is always top notch with wonderful voices and quality acting. There is the occasional voice that I'm not a big fan of, but overall, they do a great job. The costumes and set design are usually of pretty good quality, not quite like you see on touring productions, but doesn't generally take away from the enjoyment for the show. The only shows I haven't enjoyed have been because of the show itself, not the CLO's presentation of it. Seeing shows put on by the CLO is a great way to get out in downtown and enjoy the cultural district. Everyone should try to make it out.
