  • I wish I could recommend this company or even give a review of their actual work, but unfortunately I was never able to even get a quote. I originally requested an estimate on Thursday, October 13, 2016. They got back to me pretty quickly to ask for my information, but it all went completely downhill from there. Saturday evening, the 15th, Mike called to see if he could come by but we were not home so he said he would come by Sunday. Sunday nothing. I called on Tuesday the 18th to see what the status was and they assured me they would get back to me but that a large tree had come down that was an emergency which is why Mike had not called or come by on Sunday. Saturday the 22nd Mike called again and we were home, but then said he it was getting dark so he'd come by Sunday instead after 1pm. Sunday the 23rd around 1:45pm I called Mike and left him a voice mail asking what time he would be coming by. So here we are on Sunday, the 23rd at 5:00pm and no call, no nothing. Since it has been two weekends with the same story, this company has completely lost my trust. The overall feeling I am left with is that this company lies and tells you what they think you want to hear, not the truth, to keep you interested.
