  • All thanks to Jamie, my boyfriend and I have a nice apartment together. We are first time renters which made it hard for us to make decisions and right when we came into her office we knew we were in good hands. She knew everyone in the complex by first name and was so sweet to everyone. She answered all of our questions at least twice (cause again first time renters.. we dont know anything lol) and urged us to call her if we had any other ones. She made this experience very easy. Her personality was what made us make our decision so fast. She was not pressuring and she was very understanding. She's been working there for a while and you can tell she absolutely loves her job. If you're wondering if these apartments are good or not, trust me they are. Its a small complex which is good because everyone will kinda know everyone, its quiet and safe, and down the street is a grocery store along with a bunch of restaurants/fast food. We couldn't be happier to have chosen Palermo :)
