If we could give a 0 we would. My husband was in the hospital for emergency surgery and my family in California ordered "same day" delivery. 5 days later, still no flowers. We called again and again, but the people we spoke to, hardly speaking a word of English, were absolutely no help at all. Promises made for THREE days the flowers would arrive "the next day" but they never did! Nobody ever got back to us, absolutely NO customer service. We finally told our family to CANCEL the order and get their money back. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH 1800Flowers!
