  • Worst manicure/pedicure I've ever had. Bought a Groupon for Lavender- or Citrus-Infused Spa Manicure and Pedicure and upgraded my manicure to shellac. I was seen 45 minutes late and the manicurist never introduced herself or apologized for the delay. My total services should have cost $103. If I had paid that I would have demanded my money back. Manicure- nail edges are rough, polish on fingers and cuticles, bubbles in polish, dead skin left on sides of nails, powder from filing my nails was left all over hands even when polish was applied. It looks like something I would have done at home. A spa manicure is supposed to include: soak, file, cuticle care, massage, polish. I received file, polish, and some lotion at the end. Plus paying an extra $15 for the shellac upgrade. Pedicure- experience was better but I don't think there was any lavender infused anything. Polish all over toes and my nails are crooked one of my toe nails is shaped like a "j" now. I was never asked how long or short i wanted my toe nails. There's still all sorts of lotion/mask/scrub gunk under and around my toes. Another employee started cleaning the tub out while I was still there getting my pedicure- guess they couldn't wait to get ready to go home. Very disappointing experience. I won't be back and would recommend it. Only positives are laid back atmosphere and clean.
