got a grande chestnut praline when i was in car ready to drink i realized the cup was very very light . I opened the lid and it was barely more than half way full! That was with whip cream as well i was very upset it was like drinking s tall so i should been charged the price of a tall. I once worked for a Starbucks, so i know how this all works. I could probably make my drink faster then the two are who there in the AM they are slow. Also i noticed the baristas pour the steamed milk over without a spoon to stop the foam. My manager whom i worked with always made us pour with a spoon the lift spoon just before the filling so it has SOME foam. You typically would pour without a spoon mainly for cappuccinos that are semi dry and not wet or for a flat. this was upsetting paying over $5 for a half full drink.
