  • I shopped all three David's Bridals and found the customer service at this location from the stylist Melissa and managers Manya and Mandy were exceptional. I exchanged a dress I was not happy with and after two appointments, finally found the right dress. I felt no pressure and was given the time I needed to try on as many dresses. Even the girl at the front desk (unfortunately don't remember her name) spent time on the computer looking for dresses in other locations for me. Everyone was more than helpful and pleasant in dealing with my indecision. I appreciated their friendliness and high level of customer service. I especially want to mention how impressed I was with the way the managers were out on the floor assisting the stylists and customers. They really work their butts off to provide a great experience. The reason I did not give this review five stars has only to do with the selection and quality of dresses. Five stars to the management and staff. You really made a stressful situation very enjoyable for me.
