  • Let me first say all I needed was a general cleaning as I am a very neat and clean person and large portion of my home is not furnished. I recently tried Maid2Kleen on a referral. It took their team of 3 people 3 hours to complete the job for an appalling $180.00 and additional fees for credit card payment because they make their customers pay the transaction fees.... When I expressed my dislike of service provided, the satisfaction guarantee was not offered. They refused to remedy the situation, stated they would no longer service my home, threatened to put my personal information online and sue me for slander and defamation for the negative review and putting their business contact info on the original review, but instead offered to comp the service, which is horrible customer service, but service rendered will be paid in full. I can not find any record of a state or local business license for this company (maybe they don't need one, but odd to me) and it's not accredited by BBB! Moral of the story, do your homework prior to services.
