  • The selection of food was lacking Wednesday night. The only meat they had on the carving board was a huge ham and it looked dry. I didn't dare try it. There were no jumbo shrimp or any of the prime rib and hardly any other beef choices.It was all mainly chicken aside from one beef roast. I was very disappointed.For the price we paid I expected more. In retrospect the salad bar part of the buffet was extremely good and so was the dessert bar. The service was very slack hence the 2 and not 3 star rating.
