Very disappointed in the food and service at St. Francis. We went to "happy hour" on a Tuesday afternoon during the week. The restaurant was not busy but the service was slow and food was not good quality. The baked goat cheese appetizer was accompanied by stale bread (all 3 varieties). The pork chili had great flavor but the meat was over cooked and the kale & apple salad they tried to serve us had old greens. The salad had no flavor and the greens were so old they weren't green, but rather turning yellow. I would have been embarrassed to serve the salad at my home to a guest. We sent the salad back. We may try it again for brunch but otherwise, not impressed.
