I used to enjoy coming here for Zumba and I would always pay when I would leave. Finally, after going there for several months, I was convinced to buy a package of 8 classes. The problem is, after I did that, they canceled the class. They have very few Zumba classes, and the other 2 don't work with my schedule. I figured it would be reasonable to ask for a refund for the classes I didn't use (which is 4 classes but only $30), but they've said they don't offer refunds. So basically, I paid them money for a class that no longer exists. Bad business practice if you ask me.
