| - Located in the back corner of the Bally's Grand Bazaar Shops (if you're entering from the Las Vegas Blvd. side), this chicken joint completely threw me for a loop. I wasn't sure what to expect going in. Since I've been on a bit of a bacon kick lately, I decided to try THE PIT (crispy fried chicken sandwich with aged cheddar, smoked bacon and BBQ sauce)... Whoa! I was blown away by the juiciness of the chicken breast. The hearty bun was toasted slightly but still soft. The cheese, the BBQ sauce, the Chipotle honey... the service, the wait time... it was all spot-on. That $9.75 delectable monster barely fit in my hands but I managed! The stringy fries were fresh, as was the coleslaw. Beverage-wise, that Boylan's Diet Cane Cola was leagues better than any diet soda I typically drink.
When it was all over, I actually enjoyed watching the futuristic-looking trash compactor do its thing... ha! This was the last meal before my return flight home, so I was definitely glad to cap off my Vegas trip on such a high note.
I'm honestly racking my brain to try and think one thing I did not like... but I've come up empty-handed. Even at $17 for everything I had, it's still significantly cheaper than most restaurants on the strip. Bravo, BRFC!! So... when are you coming to Orlando?
