  • I agree with the folks below about this company having to "approve" a review. This means if it's negative or not 5 stars, it doesn't get published. I ordered a bottle of Black Raspberry Vanilla FO and it did not have a Raspberry or Vanilla note. I called to inform them of a possible quality control issue and was told "we will let our Quality Control Department know and get back to you". I am out $19.95 and still have no FO to make soap. I have also noticed that when I order a bottle of FO that is rated 5 stars, that it usually falls below my expectations. I am not unreasonable, I know that two different people will interpret a scent differently. I would just expect that a bottle of FO that is called Black Raspberry Vanilla would smell like either Black Raspberry or Vanilla, instead it smells like a sweet scent - kind of like a bowl of candy. If you want a great smelling Black Raspberry Vanilla FO, try the one from Majestic Mountain Sage. I have been ordering some items from them lately and have been very happy. They are not as big as Wholesalesuppliesplus or Brambleberry but have always treated me right.
