  • Manuel's catered the food for my wedding this past weekend in Scottsdale. All guests said the food was delicious! The menu consisted of carne asada tacos, spinach enchiladas, rice, beans and calabasitas. We also had chips, salsa and a fruit tray during the cocktail hour. The service staff was very kind and helpful. Additionally, Linda worked patiently with us to include vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. The vegetarians and vegans loved the food.
