I was encouraged by a friend to consider working out with a personal trainer. I have always been active, playing soccer on a few teams and such, but did not have a personal goal for fitness. I found ShapeUp and started working out with Bruce, a Master's level trainer. He applied science and nutrition to my workouts, and twice a week for 45 minutes at a time was enough to get me in the best shape I've been in for 15 years. I don't have back pain any more, and I feel amazing. Energy levels are higher, and my productivity in life has increased. I highly recommend this group to anyone interested in living life better.
