  • I'm not impressed. There are a lot of bells and whistles at this salon, but the service was subpar. I have long, straight hair and needed a cut and some layers. She barely cut any off even though I stressed I wanted it shorter. She applied a ton of product before asking if it worked for me. I won't waste my money there again. Oh, and don't offer drinks if you are going to rush the client to the chair. I showed up early to relax a bit and felt rushed in and out. I could get that at supercuts.
