| - If you want to be frustrated, ignored, disrespected, lied on, and being a victim of fraud then go to this dentist office (Puneet Sandhu). Here is my experience at this place. During my first visit, I did not have a proof of insurance and I let them charge me $740. Next week, I went to their office with my insurance card and the portion I had to pay was $300. The girl who works there told me, would you like to keep the $440 in our bank account so that you can use it in your next visit and we will not have to charge your credit card? I (was stupid) said sure. I was given a print out of the receipt and how much money I have in their bank account ($440 hand written on the paper). After this I found a new dentist that is in network and I did not go back to them. After 4 months I remembered I had $440 at their bank account! (They never bother to call me or anything) I call and the same girl who wrote $440 look at the data and tells me over the phone I have $90 ONLY! I asked her that is not correct and to look into it, she said she will look and give me a call tomorrow. I waited for a week and she did not call me back. I called and she said she did not look yet, and she had to check something with my insurance, I go online on my insurance website and I see the claim how much they charged my insurance matched exactly what I have on the receipt she gave me on my visit. After me calling (AND THEY DID NOT ANSWER A LOT OF IT) I got my money back after a MONTH of me calling and sending out emails. Do you think that was it? The check they gave me was hand written by the dentist in some hieroglyphic font (ancient Egyptians font). The ATM did not accept it, the guy at Bank of America had to call to know how much that dollar amount was. If you still like to go to this dentist, please be aware and careful how much they charge you, how much money they are keeping at their bank account. CAUSE if what happened to me happens to you, it will take months for them to even give you a call back.
