  • Andrew is one of the agents Corey submitted an application to on my behalf for a rental unit, he collaborated with Corey, I don't know if this two gentlemen knew each other but the professional way they handled and work on my application would ever amazed me. The 8 approvals were almost simultaneous, the very last was the one from Andrew which at that moment was yet to release the lease papers, it delayed another day, Corey and I spotted yet another beautiful property that was just listed, Corey and I submitted yet another application, he started communicating with the agent of the new listing and my response was unfortunately sent to Andrew email address by mistake and I think He realized that we were working on another property and quickly had everything fast forward and the email below was what I sent to appreciate his prompt decision. "Andrew you had set my mind at ease and soothes all the stress related to the rental unit approved for my occupancy, you are very much appreciated. Thank you very much indeed. The information you provided about my nextdoor office and vans are a great relief. Yes I toured the neighborhood and your added information had carried the day, as a gesture of appreciation I promised to be a good caretaker of the unit I am occupying. When there is such an understanding between a tenant and property management team it strike the cord of harmony and you made it happened." I must say that you Andrew and Corey are very unique individuals loaded with such qualities that cannot be quantified, my respect to you both and my appreciation. I cannot forget Ellacia the manager of the Andrew management team, very effective and swift fast decision won my admiration and got me into the unit I am now occupying. So in all Pj Hussey property management made a fast decision and won the day amongst the eight approvals. Continue your good work and some of us indeed appreciate and thank you, for your priceless services.
