  • This place shouldn't even be open for business! First off I waited an hour. I didn't even get to see anyone until "I" said something! ! No one acknowledged me waiting! Then the tech came & got me to do my eye exam. I don't know if she has narcolepsy or if she's on pills but she kept nodding out while she was standing there and asking me the same questions over and over again! Scary!!! She did the entire exam which took her another hour because she couldn't concentrate. When the doctor finally came in to exam me he put my chin in the strap. My eyes were already dilated and the Doctor sneezed directly right into my eye! Disgusting! He did not apologize or even acknowledge it! When I put my chin back into the strap, out of nowhere he stuck a stick into my eye without even telling me what he was going to do. As a reflex I pulled back and said "wait you don't just stick a stick in someone's eye without telling them first!" I put my chin back in the strap and he says oh never mind your eyes are already dilated!! Again scary!!! I don't know why I didn't just leave right away but I'm here to tell you this so that no one else has to go through this and wonders "is this really happening?" I could go on and on because the billing was another issue. I found out that the lady that works behind the counter is his sister and his brother also works there. They're records are a mess. They are lazy & don't care what is happening to their patients! Do not go here!!!
