  • The girl, Steph, I dealt with was extremely rude. She put me on hold 4 separate times and hung up on me when I mentioned her lack of customer service... but first saying "oh uh huh cool".Needless to say I cancelled my $110 order. Customer service was not a concern at all whatsoever. Be sure to read the very detailed reviews that are not recommended. This situation seems to be common.
